This Casebrook home is a luxurious celebration of texture and tone, beginning with the home’s limestone façade and continuing seamlessly indoors. Delicate materials, finishes and patterns are layered throughout the home, creating a space that feels warm, grounded, and intentional.
The exterior limestone façade of the house sets the foundation for the home’s design story, which showcases natural textures and a warm, neutral palette. The transition from exterior to interior feels effortless and inviting.
The raw, organic texture and warm tone of the façade were key inspirations for the home’s interior.
The Porcelanosa Xtone Alpinus White Nature benchtop is one of the first feature materials seen when entering the home, creating a direct visual continuation of the limestone exterior.
The living and dining spaces create depth and visual interest through strategic material choices and layered textures, rather than dramatic pieces or bold colours. Despite strong contrasts in scale, finish and tone, each selection feels intentional and cohesive.
The result is spaces that feel welcoming, thoughtful, and designed for relaxation. There’s always something to catch the eye, without ever feeling cluttered or over-designed.
The finish of the SKIN Sabbia Gloss splashback tiles subtly lifts walnut-toned cabinetry and brushed-bronze tapware, while the woven texture of the overhead cabinets adds extra depth.
Belgotex Finfloor Supreme Nantes Chevron flooring, James Dunlop Mokum Impastare upholstery and Mokum Quadrata drape create a contrasting play of patterns in the dining area.
Belgotext Finfloor herringbone flooring creates a sense of movement and flow in the living spaces, while maintaining a refined aesthetic. The timber flooring echoes the external timber feature, recreating a softer version of the exterior textural contrast.
Flooring installation was a key component of this project; the living room includes a curved feature wall, and precision installation was required for a seamless finish. In the bedrooms, softly toned wool carpets extend the home’s earthy palette.

The focus on texture and detail continues throughout the home, creating a sense of cohesion through repetition. Each space feels rich and luxurious, without becoming heavy.
The interior design story gently evolves from room to room, with richer tones and delicate detailing emerging subtly in the smaller spaces. From tiles to tapware, each element has been carefully selected to enhance the overall flow of the home.
Layered bedding creates depth without overpowering the space, and natural materials ensure the headboard and bench feel contextual and harmonious.

The bathroom and ensuite are quietly luxurious spaces, where thoughtful material choices and practical layouts blend beauty and functionality. Large-format tiles are gently balanced by fluted vanities and compact feature tiles.
Baldocer Asphalt Off-White wall and floor tile gives an expansive feel to the ensuite.
Affogato Crema wall tile draws its inspiration from terrazzo, introducing a new textural element that deepens the interior palette, while still referencing natural stone. Massimo Siena Earth is used as a complementary feature tile.
Arte Matières Végétales wallpaper provides a textural counterpoint to the vanity, which showcases Xtone Breccia Imperiale Texture - another stone-inspired element, reminiscent of the kitchen island, but darker and with more contrast.
