Nextdore designed the full interior, from bathroom designs to joinery, colour selections to appliance choices. The result is a stunning, low-maintenance home that feels spacious and inviting, ready for a new owner to make the space their own.
The home’s interior palette is neutral and minimal, with soft beige tones and natural textures flowing through the space. Belgotex Bjelin Oak flooring and Prime Melamine Original Oak cabinetry add warmth and depth to the living spaces.
The kitchen features a Porcelanosa Xtone Taj Mahal splashback and benchtop, complemented by brass tapware and recessed LED downlighting. An integrated fridge and dishwasher maximise functionality without compromising the visual continuity of the space.
The living area showcases an eye-catching architectural feature, where the custom clay bricks that clad the home’s exterior wrap around into the interior space. Accent lighting emphasises the brick and draws the eye upward.

The home’s three bathrooms showcase subtle textures and warm tonalities from the Porcelanosa large format tile range, creating a peaceful atmosphere reminiscent of a tranquil spa. It’s a reminder that even the smaller spaces in our homes deserve to feel thoughtful and curated.

Although there are other houses close by, the bedrooms feel private and serene thanks to Luxaflex split shutters, which give the occupants full control over their light and privacy levels. The split shutter design allows the top half of the shutter to be fully opened to let light stream in, while the bottom half remains closed for privacy.
Full-height doors and wardrobes extend the vertical space, and 100% wool Bremworth Galet loop pile carpet adds a touch of sustainable luxury.

The home’s interior was designed with day-to-day livability in mind. Conscious that the property would suit someone looking to downsize, Nextdore incorporated clever storage solutions throughout. The minimal palette allows the home’s new owner to add their own style and personality, or simply build on the existing scheme.
